Andrew Strickland

Andrew Strickland has a wealth of experience in the software, human resources, and management fields. Andrew began their career in 2011 as a Manager at ADP. In 2012, they became a Human Resources Expert at SPARC, LLC | Sparcet Product. In 2014, they co-founded Teamphoria and served as Managing Partner, helping organizations of all sizes measure engagement, organizational culture, and performance. In 2018, they co-founded Code/+/Trust, a leader of multiple start-up software teams.
