Bob Hilscher

Bob Hilscher currently serves as Sales Director at Code/+/Trust, where new contacts and opportunities are being created in a business development role. As Managing Director at Shine, Bob is focused on revitalizing the distribution network and improving the company’s revenue and profits. Previously, Bob held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Maine Craft Distilling, supporting the founder in various capacities, and also served as a Board Member at Compass Rose Events since January 2018. Bob's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Compass Rose Events, Inc., where significant growth was achieved, and as Vice President of Sales at The Fun Company, which saw rapid expansion. Bob Hilscher holds an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University and a BS in Parks, Recreation & Tourism Management from Clemson University.
