Boris Alergant, CFA, is an experienced financial professional currently serving as Executive Director at Ripple since December 2021 and co-founder of Coder Staffing Inc. since August 2017. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Institutional Markets and positions in corporate and investment banking at Ripple and MUFG, where significant transactions exceeding $15 billion were structured.
