Cian Johnston

Cian Johnston has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Cian is currently working as a Staff Software Engineer at Coder since July 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Coder from July 2021 to July 2023. Before joining Coder, Cian held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Neueda Technologies Athlone from December 2020 to June 2021. In their earlier career, they gained valuable experience at Indeed.com, where they worked as a Software Engineer from 2017 to 2019, Infrastructure Engineer, Mobile Apply from 2016 to 2017, and Lead Technical Analyst, Aggregation Operations from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Cian started their career at VMware as a Technical Support Engineer from October 2010 to June 2012. During their time at VMware, they provided German-speaking language support to Enterprise vSphere users, developed a Python script to monitor call queues, and mentored new hires.
