Elliot Graebert

Elliot Graebert is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Skydio since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing teams focused on Skydio's Cloud product and nurturing the growth of engineering managers and senior engineers. Elliot also holds the position of Operating Executive at TQ Ventures, providing technical assessments and guidance to early-stage founders. As an Advisor at Coder, insights on feature development and customer engagement are offered based on extensive experience in developer tools. Previously, Elliot served as VP of Engineering at Convictional and held various roles at Palantir Technologies over a span of 12 years, leading teams in internal infrastructure, development tooling, and release automation, while significantly enhancing performance and stability. Earlier experiences include software engineering co-op positions at Sensis Corporation and Goodrich: ISR, contributing to mission planning software and air traffic control simulations. Elliot holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
