Joseph Phalan, PMP PSM, is a process improvement-oriented program management and operations leader dedicated to optimizing operations for both internal and external customers. They have held roles such as Corporate Recruiter at Eze Software Group and Head of Project Management at Wayfair, where they enhanced project management practices and drove customer satisfaction. Joseph has also served as Senior Manager in various capacities, including Program Management at RapDev and Product Delivery & Operations at Coder. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Westfield State University.
