Lauren Gray

Lauren Gray is a seasoned clinical program management professional with extensive experience in the biotech field. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Program Management at Codera, LLC since July 2025, Lauren previously held multiple leadership roles at Blaze Bioscience from December 2015 to April 2025, including Director, Associate Director, and Senior Program Manager. In these positions, Lauren significantly advanced program management practices, implementing governance frameworks and enhancing cross-functional alignment to ensure strategic alignment with executive priorities. Lauren's early career included project management roles at Omeros Corporation and a strong foundation in operations, regulatory processes, and vendor relationship management, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from California State University-San Bernardino.
