Claudiu Gura

Claudiu GURA is an accomplished Enterprise Architect at Raiffeisen Bank Romania since September 2017, responsible for defining and overseeing the implementation of the Target architectural blueprint and enhancing digital customer experiences. With a background as an IT Solution Architect and IT Architecture Consultant, Claudiu has extensive experience in IT governance, project implementation, and vendor management. In addition to professional roles, Claudiu volunteers as a Mentor at CoderDojo and co-founded VLARAONE Global Coaching, offering motivational and leadership services. Previously, Claudiu held various roles in prominent companies, including Teamnet, Vodafone, Romsoft SA, and Centrul de Pregatire in Informatica, building a strong foundation in software architecture, IT solutions, and training. Claudiu's educational accomplishments include degrees from the University of Bucharest and the Academia de Studii Economice din București.
