Esther GA

Esther GA is currently the Compliance Spain Manager at Grupo CODERE, a position they have held since 2017. Previously, from 2009 to 2014, they served as the Directora Vigilancia y Seguridad, where they structured and organized the security department overseeing multiple casinos. Esther's earlier experience includes a decade with Guardia Civil, Estado, from 1995 to 2006. They also contributed to the Asociación para el Fomento del Cumplimiento Normativo from 2016 to 2018, focusing on compliance issues in the sector. Esther earned a Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá and a Master's degree in Security Management from Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
