Maria Laura Nicolas has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and recruitment. Mary recently worked at Coderio Software Company as the Head of Recruitment, leading a team of 7 senior IT recruiters. Mary implemented agile methodologies, managed projects, and focused on efficiency and productivity. Mary also developed a customized CRM Talent system for the company. Prior to that, they worked as an HR-recruiter IT - Talent Acquisition Specialist SR at Tecnosoftware. Mary Nicolas has a diverse education history.
