He has specialized in the design, conceptualization, development and implementation of IT strategies, Project Management and Process Management models that generate performance, reduce operational costs and support the operation of the companies in which I have worked. Focus on the definition and implementation of digital strategy: Clients, Consumers, big data, analysis, digital processes, people and organization, both in the management of multiple projects of varying size and multicultural, as well as providing personalized, tailored services with high quality criteria that have impacted the positioning of each company within the technological, entertainment, travel, insurance and financial services markets, delivering effective and tangible solutions in a timely manner.
