With a grassroots ethos and a cutting-edge focus, we connect across sectors to create sustainable solutions to tech education for young talent in Africa.

We build digital hubs in rural communities in The Gambia to leverage their potential for the global technology sector. From basic ICT to graphic design and coding, we nurture long-term bonds with community leaders to ensure sustainable solutions that will continue for generations.

Then, we connect the brightest minds to opportunities across the globe, from individuals looking to expand their brand, to companies looking to diversify their teams, and provide our talent with the right support to excel once they get there.

This is not about cookie-cutter solutions or quick wins. It's about creating change, unlocking the potential of young Africa, and opening up the world to the benefits of a truly global technology sector.
