Mandy Sorensen

Mandy Sorensen is currently the Head of US People Operations at CoderPad, focusing on creating environments where individuals can thrive. They previously served as the Global Head of People Operations at TeamUp and as an HR Program Specialist at the University of Michigan, where Mandy contributed to improving employee engagement and onboarding processes. Mandy's career began with research roles, including as a Clinical Research Assistant at the Department of Veterans Affairs. They hold a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
