Mathilde Brotier

Mathilde Brotier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations. Currently serving as the People Ops Lead EMEA and Global Head of People & Culture at CoderPad since July 2022, Mathilde previously worked as the Office & HR Manager at CodinGame from March 2016 to July 2022. Prior to that role, Mathilde gained experience as a Coordinatrice de production at La Guérilla from August 2011 to August 2014 and held a temporary position as Chargée d'accueil aux Francofolies and au Festival de Jazz in June 2011. Mathilde started in project assistance at the Festival International de la bande dessinée d'Angoulême from September 2008 to December 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Communication from ISEG, completed in 2009.
