Diem Nguyen

Diem Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Executive at SP-ITC International Container Terminal, where they qualified customer database, maintained relationships with current customers, and provided quotations. From 2017 to 2019, they served as an International Transaction Operation Officer at SCB - SAIGON COMMERCIAL BANK, where they guided and received international remittance applications, checked remittance documents, and processed international transactions. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Business Analyst at Binh An General Production Investment Company, where they collected and updated data, cross-checked data accuracy, and built internal reports using Power BI. Currently, Diem holds the position of an IT Business Analyst at CoderPush, starting in November 2021.

Diem Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Foreign Trade University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Diem later pursued a Master's degree in International Business at the University Of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Diem also obtained additional certifications, including the Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft in September 2021, and the Google Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera in June 2021.
