Thien KQ is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at CoderPush since June 2022, Thien previously held the same title at Citigo from December 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities included implementing team goals, supervising and training team members, and mediating interpersonal issues. Thien also worked as a Leader - Software Engineer, contributing to the development of the KiotViet POS software with 100,000 users. Earlier career roles include IT Consultant at Ernst & Young, focusing on Human Capital Management Systems, and Software Engineer at the Viettel Software Center, where Thien upgraded web application frameworks. Thien holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
