Laura Millroy is a strategist and transformation leader with a diverse career spanning research and consulting. They served as a teaching assistant at the University of the Witwatersrand and interned at CSIR, where they researched aptamer technology. As an associate and later partner at McKinsey & Company, Laura managed large-scale transformations and launched new ventures. Currently, they serve as a board member at Coders Beyond Borders and as the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development at Philips, continually driving change and innovation. Laura holds a degree from the University of the Witwatersrand, completed in 2013.
