Peter Lu

Peter Lu is currently the SVP of Product at CodeSignal. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Customer Experience & Solutions Engineering at CodeSignal from August 2020 to November 2022. Before that, they were the Director of Technology Solutions at Google from January 2018 to July 2020, where they led a group of 70+ Product and Engineering teams delivering custom solutions to incubate and scale user and partner support for Google. In this role, they were responsible for delivering solution to support our 800+ global organization spanning across internal tools, external partner front ends, Localization pipelines and operational tools. Peter encouraged the team to build with Product Excellence and magical experiences in mind; and always to provide a solution that can easily be scaled and reused by others. As a result of their leadership, the team created a number of critical applications for quality review, project management, resource tracking, etc that have not only addressed our organization's needs, but also are widely used across Google.

Peter Lu has a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Master in Information Technology from Harvard University. Peter is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
