Nick Nortelli has over 30 years of experience in sales and account management. Nick began their career in 1990 as a National Account Representative at Blue Shield of California, where they were responsible for leading implementation meetings and building and managing the National Accounts Database CRM. In 1996, they moved to Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Account Manager, where they strategically managed and grew a book of business with over 125 key customers, earning the Kaiser Permanente Peak Performance Award for Account Management Excellence three consecutive years. In 2005, they joined MHN as a Senior Sales & Client Relationship Management Executive, expanding and account-managing client relationships for enterprise-critical clients, upselling and retaining 100% of book of business, and selling the largest commercial client in MHN's history. In 2014, they joined e4 health as National Sales Director, pioneering new national sales for the early growth stage SAAS health care technology firm and rapidly establishing executive, C-Suite, and front-line relationships. In 2016, they moved to Espyr as Vice President National Sales, where they led the national sales team and created a commercial sales division from the ground up, as well as developing CRM tools and metrics. Most recently, in 2019, they joined CodeSmart, Inc. as National Vice President Sales & Account Management.
Nick Nortelli is currently attending Olympia University of Business & Technology (OUBT) to study Information Technology, which they began in 2018 and is expected to finish in 2022. Prior to this, they earned a BA in Humanities & Global Technology from New College of California in 2005, which they began in 2003. Nick does not have any additional certifications.
