Grace Goldman

Grace Goldman is an experienced program coordinator currently working at Codesmith since September 2023. Previously, Grace served as the Lead Program Manager at Best Buddies International from December 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included generating strategic plans for program expansion and overseeing programs across Oregon and Washington. As Program Manager for Mission Expansion, Grace was involved in identifying new schools and corporations for chapter establishment, chairing the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and training volunteers. Earlier roles included social work at the University of Washington Autism Center, administrative support at the University of Washington Disability Resource Center and Warner Bros. Studios, and community outreach with RespectAbility. Grace holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from the University of Washington.
