Marcello Gandolfi

Marcello Gandolfi has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Marcello currently serves as the Global Head of Programs at CODESPA, where they have spearheaded the foundation's expansion into Northern Europe and the USA. Additionally, they ensure project alignment across 12 countries and directs a team of country managers and program managers to implement projects.

Prior to this role, Marcello held the position of Project Director at CODESPA, where they transformed the organization's intervention model and managed an annual project portfolio of 40 projects.

Marcello has also served as the Regional Director at CODESPA, where they conducted assessments of regional priorities and led project implementation in Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador.
