James Brown is an experienced professional with a diverse background in application support, IT leadership, education, and training. James has been with Codestone Group Ltd since October 2014, currently serving as an Application Support Specialist and IT Support Team Leader. Prior experience includes roles as a TEFL Teacher at Native English Trainer and Training Specialist at WDS, A Xerox Company, where responsibilities involved delivering training and assessing needs for corporate audiences. James also held positions in technical customer support at WDS and SAGEMCOM, managing teams and handling customer inquiries.
