Roland Wagner

Roland Wagner started their work experience in 1994 as a Developer at Bavaria Digital Technik, where they worked until 1999. Roland then joined 3S-Smart Software Solutions GmbH in 1999, initially as a Technical Sales representative. From 2000 to 2012, they held the role of Marketing Manager at the same company. In 2013, they were promoted to the position of Head of Product Marketing, a role they continued until their departure in 2020. Roland Wagner currently holds the position of Head of Product Marketing at CODESYS Group, starting in June 2020.

Roland Wagner attended Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Dipl. Ing. (FH) degree in Physikalische Technik. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1990, they completed a certification as a Rettungssanitäter des Bayerischen Roten Kreuzes at Bayerisches Rotes Kreuz Kreisverband Altötting. From 1984 to 1987, Roland obtained a qualification as a Kunststoff-Formgeber at Hoechst AG, Werk Gendorf.
