Haddon Fox has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2005, they owned and operated a book resale business as a self-employed individual. In 2014, they participated in the Wake County Architecture/Construction/Engineering Program as a student. During the same year, they also volunteered in a private family home construction project, where they built a handicapped-accessible addition with two other teens. Haddon received praise from inspectors for the high-quality construction work.

In 2017, Haddon worked as a project management intern at the Bob Barker Company, where they designed an insulated meal-delivery cart and conducted tasks such as product testing and market research. Additionally, they led the Baja Project and Human Powered Vehicle Construction at Grove City College Extracurriculars in the same year. Haddon performed stress analysis, machine shop work, and performance testing to construct a Baja car for national racing competitions.

In 2019, Haddon served as a camp counselor at Camp Oak Hill & Retreat Center, where they developed leadership and communication skills while teaching various activities like zipline, archery, shooting, and swimming. From 2019 to 2021, they also worked as a resident assistant at Grove City College.

Starting in 2021, Haddon became a mechanical engineer at Titan Medical Inc., where they contributed for almost two years until April 2023. Later on, in the same year, they joined Codetta™ Bio as a mechanical engineer.

They successfully obtained their degree from Grove City College, which is ABET-accredited. Additionally, in May 2017, Haddon acquired a certification as a SOLIDWORKS Certified Associate - Mechanical Design from Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp.
