Rowena Moss

Rowena Moss has worked for four different companies, beginning with the Department of Environment and Primary Industries in 2013, where they were the National Coordinator for the Australian National Quality Assurance Program. In 2015, they joined Galaxy Diagnostics, Inc. as a Senior Laboratory Technologist, performing culture-based enrichment of blood, serum and tissue samples, qPCR and conventional PCR testing, and microimmunofluorescence serological testing. In 2019, they moved to CSL Behring, where they held the roles of Team Lead - QC ELISA and QC Validation Associate. Currently, they are an Assay Development Scientist at Codetta™ Biosciences, a position they have held since 2022.

Rowena Moss has a varied educational background. In 2021, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Health Informatics and Digital Health from the University of Melbourne. Rowena then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Biotechnology (Clinical Microbiology) from RMIT University between 2011 and 2013. Between 2003 and 2010, they obtained two Bachelor's Degrees from the University of Melbourne, one in Microbiology and the other in Medieval History. Rowena also holds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Melbourne.
