With over two decades of experience in the tech industry, Shay has held various influential roles, including Head of Engineering at a stealth mode startup and Team Leader in the Israel Defense Forces. They focus on AI-driven engineering, developing technical leaders, and providing hands-on consulting for clients. Previously, Shay co-founded and served as CTO for Pickspace and held multiple positions at CodeValue, where they contributed significantly to product and team development.
