Daniel Dang, CFA, CPA

Daniel Dang, CFA, CPA has over six years of professional experience in finance, operations, and accounting. Daniel began their career in 2014 as a Senior Associate at KPMG. In 2013, they were a Teaching Assistant at the Beedie School of Business at SFU. In 2016, they joined The PlaidFox Group as the Controller before becoming the Director of Operations. Daniel was responsible for leading and ensuring successful execution of operational, finance, and accounting initiatives. In 2018, they founded Launch HQ, a mission to simplify and enable entrepreneurship. In 2019, they joined Infinite Capital as the CFO, an investment firm focused on crypto assets and deep tech. Daniel also joined Qualified.io as the CFO, a platform for evaluating and training world-class engineers. Lastly, they joined Codewars as the CFO, a platform for software developers to achieve mastery through code challenges.

Daniel Dang holds a CFA Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute, a Fully qualified CPA/CA designation from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) - First Class with Distinction from Simon Fraser University.
