Emrehan GÜREL

Emrehan GÜREL has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Digital Marketing Manager at Abugiller Ayakkabı from an unspecified date in 2014 until June 2019. Emrehan then founded their own company, EGDigital, in April 2020, where they designed creative products using 2D and 3D modeling methods. From March to June 2021, Emrehan worked as a Graphic Design Intern at BluTV, where they designed movie and TV series covers for the website, among other tasks.

In April 2021, Emrehan became the Executive Team Leader at BAU Radyo Medya, where they managed the media team, coordinated their involvement in various projects, and handled social media sharing and special content design. Emrehan also had a role as a Co-Founder of BT Productive from November 2021 to January 2023, where they managed the company in partnership, worked as a Creative Director, and designed creative products.

Emrehan joined Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi in February 2020 as a Visual Design Producer in the Corporate Communications Directorate. Emrehan executed design processes, managed social media sharing, and reported visual content. In April 2022, they transitioned into the role of Executive Assistant, where they managed the photography and video teams for events held within the institution, as well as a team of 20 people responsible for managing the institution's social media accounts. Emrehan also handled digital content and event planning, as well as monthly sharing reports.

Additionally, Emrehan had an extensive involvement with BAU Radyo, starting as a Club Member from September 2019 to September 2020. Emrehan then took on various roles, including Creative Content Director, where they managed organizational events and design content, and Vice Chairman of the Board, where they managed club events, organized meetings, and handled internal and external communication. Finally, they served as President, ensuring the continuity of management processes and communication for the Bahcesehir University Radio Unit and BAU Radio and Communication Club.

Most recently, Emrehan worked as a Marketing Artist at Codeway Studios, starting in November 2022 and ending in February 2023. Emrehan then resumed the role of Marketing Artist in March 2023, without an indicated end date.

Emrehan Gürel's education history started in 2015 when they attended Çorlu Bahçeşehir Koleji, where they completed their high school studies with a focus on the scientific field. In 2019, they enrolled in Bahçeşehir University's English Preparation School before proceeding to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Digital Game Design from the same university, starting from 2020 and anticipated to graduate in 2024. Additionally, from 2020 to 2022, Emrehan studied Web Design and Coding as a part of their Associate degree at Anadolu University.

Aside from formal education, Emrehan has obtained various certifications. In 2019, they received certifications in Big Data Education, Future Data Recording System Blockchain Education, Entrepreneurship and Leadership Education, Gaming and Gamification Education, and Cyber Security Education from Bahçeşehir University. In 2018, they obtained a Digital Marketing Fundamentals Training Certificate from Activate Inc @ Google. Moreover, Emrehan holds certifications in other areas such as Basic Disaster Awareness Training, Traffic Accident Prevention Methods, and Safe Internet Usage, obtained in 2018 from Tekirdağ Provincial Disaster and Emergency Management Directorate, General Directorate of Security, and Istanbul Provincial Security Directorate Vatan R&D and Innovation Center, respectively.

In terms of extracurricular activities and participation, Emrehan was involved in social responsibility projects like the "Happy Face, Happy Us" and "Percentage of a Smile" projects, for which they received participation certificates. Emrehan was also a delegate at the 4th Young Diplomats Conference and a participant in the Science and Robotics Festival, earning participation certificates for both occasions. Additionally, they partook in events such as the FLL 12th Season Istanbul European Local Tournament and the TÜBİTAK 48th High School Student Research Projects - Istanbul European Regional Competition, receiving participation certificates. Furthermore, Emrehan obtained Young Learners English Tests (Flyers) and (Movers) certificates from the University of Cambridge in 2013 and 2012, respectively.
