Hazal Ilgın

Hazal Ilgın has been working in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition since 2015. Hazal began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Net Mimarlık in 2015. In 2017, they became a Recruitment Consultant at Spero İnsan Kaynakları ve Yönetim Danışmanlığı A.Ş. Hazal then worked as an IT Recruitment Consultant at both Talent Smart Turkey and innovate in 2018. Since 2020, they have been the Culture & Talent Acquisition Lead at Codeway Studios, where they have helped the company add 70+ exceptional talents to the team.

Hazal Ilgın's education history includes a C1 degree in English from Victoria Academy of Languages English College in 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Marmara University from 2012 to 2016.
