Umema Rangwala

Umema Rangwala has worked in various managerial roles since 1990. From 1990 to 2002, they were the Head Teacher at Hasanat High School in Bombay, India, where they provided instruction to students ranging in grade level from kindergarten to second grade. Umema then moved to Kuwait and worked as the Head Teacher at FAIPS School from 2002 to 2006, where they guided children in a Montessori environment and reported child development programs to parents. In 2006, they became the General Manager at CODE General Trading & Contracting Company, where they had full management responsibility for a fully furnished and serviced hotel apartments. During their time there, they spearheaded and led a key initiative for establishing a sustainable code hospitality business office, improved relations with key clients and successfully forged relations & boosted profits, consistently surpassed all revenue targets while increasing client satisfaction across key metrics, and consistently ensured provision of highest standards of service and integrity from staff. In 2018, they became Manager at Codeway Studios.

Umema Rangwala received their Bachelor of Arts (First Class) from Loreto School, Kolkata in 1989. Umema then attended Cornell University for Hospitality Management.
