Daniela Ventura is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at CodeWin since January 2021. In this role, Daniela leads the Talent Acquisition team and manages corporate social responsibility initiatives focused on diversity, gender equality, and environmental efforts. Previous experience includes positions as HR Manager at Trend4IT, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment and onboarding for IT professionals, as well as IT Talent Acquisition at Novabase, specializing in sourcing and recruitment strategies. Earlier roles involved consulting at Unono and an internship in Human Resources at Talenter™, showcasing a strong foundation in recruitment processes and client management. Daniela holds a post-graduation in Human Resources Development Policies from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and a licentiate degree in Anthropology from Universidade de Coimbra.
