Manuella Giacometti

Manuella Giacometti has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Responsable RH and Recruiter/Biz Developer at CodeWorks since September 2022. Previously, Manuella worked at SOAT from September 2013 to September 2022, holding roles that focused on employer branding, talent acquisition, and employee satisfaction. Key achievements include managing the Happy at Work survey, developing digital onboarding processes, and enhancing employer communication strategies. Additional roles at AFPA and EDF provided foundational HR experience, including recruitment, training plan implementation, and administrative support. Manuella holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Engineering from Université Paris Descartes and further degrees in Social Relations and Negotiation, as well as International Administration and Exchanges.
