Carol Cichocki

Carol Cichocki has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and positions.

Carol worked as an IT Project Manager Consultant for Codeworks, Inc. at West Bend Mutual Insurance Co starting in July 2015.

Prior to that, they had a long tenure at American Family Insurance, where they held multiple roles. Carol was a Project and Program Manager from September 2001 to January 2015, and an I/S Applications Senior Technologist from January 1995 to September 2001.

In 2012, they served as a Loaned Executive for United Way of Dane County at American Family Insurance, where they prepared and conducted presentations to solicit donations and developed strategies to communicate the United Way story.

In 2013, they were the PMI Vice President Marketing & Technology at PMI Madison/South Central Wisconsin Chapter.

Carol Cichocki obtained their BA in Business Administration from Lakeland University, where they studied from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they pursued studies in Information Systems at Waukesha County Technical College from 1992 to 1994. In September 2001, Carol obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
