Dodie Kovac

Dodie Kovac's work experience begins in 1985 as a Corporate Trainer and Assistant Branch Manager at Silverado Banking. From 1989 to 1992, they worked as a Technical Trainer at Fourth Financial Corporation (Bank IV). In 1995, they joined Compuware as a Technical Resource Manager and Consultant, where they managed a group of consultants and was responsible for the group's P&L. From 2000 to 2006, Dodie worked as a Realtor and Independent Contractor at First Weber Group, focusing on home buying decisions and sales within the Aviation industry. At Compuware, from 2006 to 2009, they served as a Technical Recruiter, and from 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Regional Resource Manager, specializing in talent re-marketing and internal sourcing. Finally, since 2012, Dodie has been with Codeworks, Inc as a Sales & Account Delivery Manager and Lead Technical Recruiter/Resource Manager, responsible for managing key client accounts and leading recruitment efforts.
