Molly Bausher

Molly Bausher has extensive experience in product strategy and technology roles. Molly is currently the Director of GTM Product Strategy at both PIX System and CODEX.ONLINE, where they lead the technology direction and focuses on business and technology strategy, growth initiatives, and strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Molly worked at Citrix as a Technology Strategist in the Office of the CTO, where they applied their expertise in technology and product to drive the evolution of Citrix. Molly also served as a Senior Corporate Account Manager, supporting enterprise clients in the Greater NYC area and leading a team of salespeople. Molly's earlier experience includes roles at VMware and Citrix, where they were involved in strategic partnership development, sales, and account management. Molly has received recognition for their performance, including being named Citrix Field Sales Manager of the Year for the Northeast Region in 2014.

Molly Bausher completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
