Toby Vann

Toby Vann is a seasoned entrepreneur and professional with extensive experience in the Data and AI consultancy sector, currently serving as Founder and Partner at Codex, an Australian B Corp certified company established in December 2018. Prior to this role, Toby held the position of Director at Responsive Recruitment from January 2022 to June 2023, a sister company to Codex focused on IT recruitment. Toby's entrepreneurial journey began with the founding of DadBods, a Men's Health organization that expanded its mission beyond fitness programs to encompass various wellness initiatives, serving from January 2017 to December 2021. Additionally, Toby worked as a Personal Trainer from January 2013 to December 2021, coaching diverse clients across various backgrounds. Toby also co-founded Spartle, serving as Co-Founder and Director from September 2014 to June 2016. Toby Vann holds a Bachelor of Urban Development from Queensland University of Technology and graduated from Brisbane Grammar School.
