Rupert Foster

Rupert Foster has extensive work experience, starting in 1987 as a Squadron Leader at Y SQN QOY until July 2003. In 2003, they founded Codex Global Limited and held the positions of Managing Director and Founder, as well as Group Director.

Rupert Foster attended Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2019, where they completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Growth Programme, specializing in Business Strategy & Leadership. From 1988 to 1991, they pursued a BSc (Hons) in Agricultural Zoology at the University of Leeds. In 1989, they also attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst for the Territorial Army Commissioning Course, focusing on Military and Strategic Leadership. Prior to their university studies, Rupert Foster attended St. Columba's College in Dublin, Ireland, from 1982 to 1987.
