Michael Stubbs

Michael Stubbs is an accomplished global operations leader currently serving as the Head of Global Operations at Codex. They have a proven track record of transforming a pre-revenue, venture-backed startup into a publicly traded company generating over $100 million in annual revenue and employing more than 900 staff across eight countries. Previously, as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President of Global Operations at FiscalNote, they were instrumental in driving business strategy and managing acquisition integrations. Michael's extensive experience includes progressive roles in operations, corporate communications, and talent management across the technology, media, and information services sectors, complemented by a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
