Cawas Cooper

Cawas Cooper is an accomplished chemical engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and process engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Manager of Process Engineering at Codexis, Inc. since 2011, Cawas also holds the title of Fellow at the American Institute of Chemical Engineers since 2009. Cawas's prior experience includes roles as a Senior Research Associate and Research Associate at Air Products from 1995 to 2009, and as a Senior Engineering Associate at Catalytica from 1990 to 1994. Cawas began a career at Air Products and Chemicals from 1979 to 1990, holding various positions of increasing responsibility. Cawas earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware (1974-1979) and a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (1969-1974).
