Kathy Preston, PMP has over 20 years of experience in project management and leadership roles. Kathy is currently the Director of Project Management at Codexis, Inc. In their previous role as Director of Project Management at NOV, Kathy led a team of 30 indirect reports and was responsible for the introduction of regulated Deepwater HPHT API 17G completion workover riser solutions for major oil companies. Kathy has also worked as a Project Engineer at WorleyParsons, where they analyzed lessons learned for the BP Thunderhorse Water Injection project. Kathy served as a Project Manager at InEnTec Chemical, where they led new product execution and developed project management procedures. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sr Product Line Manager at Nalco Champion, An Ecolab Company, and as a Global Customer Service Manager at AkzoNobel. Kathy's experience includes leading technical product launches, overseeing manufacturing process optimization, managing supplier quality, developing supply chain strategies, and improving customer service operations. Kathy has a proven track record of successful project execution and has received recognition for their outstanding performance.

Kathy Preston, PMP has a diverse education history. Kathy studied Strategic Project Management at Rice University until 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from Villanova University in 2011. Kathy also pursued Studies in International Business at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. Additionally, they completed an International Trade Executive Certificate from the University of Illinois. In terms of certifications, Kathy holds the PMI - Project Management Professional certification, which they obtained from the Project Management Institute in December 2011.
