Mikayla Krawczyk

Mikayla Krawczyk is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in biochemical research and development, currently serving as a Scientist II and project leader at Codexis, Inc. since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing a team of researchers. Previously, Mikayla held various roles at Rennovia Inc. from 2009 to February 2018, contributing to the invention of six issued US patents and overseeing significant projects involving catalyst discovery and membrane separation technologies. Earlier experience includes positions at Cytokinetics, Tularik, and Gilead Sciences, where notable achievements involved the development of therapeutic compounds and the synthesis of complex analogs. Mikayla holds a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from San Francisco State University. Additionally, Mikayla is an accomplished marathon runner, completing the Niagara Falls marathon in October 2022 and the CIM marathon in December 2021.
