Daniela Sozzi is a seasoned Board Advisor and Fintech Strategy and Management Consultant, known for driving value for institutional investors and her involvement with European Women on Boards. Daniela has held various roles in noteworthy companies, including as an Equity Research Analyst at ING and a Corporate Development Manager at Skrill Group, where Daniela led post-merger integration efforts. Daniela has extensive experience in corporate development and strategic consulting, having worked with organizations such as Paysafe Group and BNP Paribas. Currently, Daniela serves as the Chair of the Finance Committee for CodeYourFuture while managing DNYC Ltd, a strategy advisory and management consultancy.
