Reed Clayton

Reed Clayton has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Reed is currently the CEO of CodeZero Technologies Inc., taking on this role in October 2018. Prior to this, they served as an Advisory Board member for Technology at Ptolemy Capital Ltd, where they provided guidance on technology investments, sales engagement, and go-to-market strategies for portfolio companies. Reed has experience in SaaS, Big Data, IaaS, PaaS, and XaaS.

Reed also held director-level positions in various organizations. Reed was a Director at Dynamic Management Solutions, a Vancouver-based technology company, from May 2018 to July 2019. In the same year, they were also a Director at Propel Blockchain Intelligence, a growth-stage crypto-mining company, from May to December.

Before their director roles, Reed served as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Monexa Services from October 2014 to June 2017. Reed was responsible for leading the sales team, developing enterprise sales strategies, and exceeding revenue targets in North America and the UK markets.

Reed's earlier experience includes Vice President positions at Agreement Express, where they played a key role in selling SaaS-based E-contract management and workflow automation platforms to the card services and banking markets. Reed joined Agreement Express in January 2011 as the Vice President of Sales - Electronic Payments & Banking and later became the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and Vice President of Market Development. The company was acquired by Frontier Capital in April 2018.

Reed's career also includes serving as the Director of Global Ecommerce at Diamonds Direct Inc., driving online sales growth and enhancing brand presence. Reed was the Director of Marketing at Stockhouse Media from 2001 to 2003 and the Managing Director at Earthmen Productions from 1997 to 2000.

Reed Clayton attended Arizona State University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism. In addition to their formal education, Reed obtained a certification in Value Proposition Development from MECLABS in October 2013.
