Tom Perdon

Tom Perdon has a diverse background in customer service, operations management, and merchandising. Currently, Tom works at Codi Group as a Customer Service & Demand Planning specialist since January 2023. Previously, Tom served as Operations Manager at Dynamic Products Factory B.V. from February 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing commercial operations and facilitating communication between departments for national and international clients. Tom gained early experience as a Merchandising & Sourcing Intern at Ahold Delhaize and held leadership positions at Albert Heijn, including Team Leader and Assistant Supermarket Manager. Tom's educational background includes a Post BSc. in Business Administration from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and an Honours education in Business Commerce & Sales from Censes Education, complemented by a Minor in Coaching from Hogeschool Utrecht.
