Andrew Fehrling

Andrew Fehrling is the Vice VD/Deputy CEO at Codic Consulting, where they prioritize team wellbeing while managing international IT consultancy projects. Currently in this role since 2023, they handle strategic planning, key account management, and recruitment, as well as regular one-on-ones with approximately 20 employees.
