Dash Kiridena has been working in the field of finance and healthcare since 1998. Dash began their career as a Medicaid Analyst at National Children's Center in 1998. In 1999, they moved to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) as a Audit and Finance Manager, Medicaid Recovery. In 2005, they joined District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) as the Director of the Medicaid Recovery Unit. In this role, they implemented technology-driven compliance solutions that cleared the audit back-log and achieved increased Medicaid reimbursements. In 2009, they founded and became the CEO of CODICE.

Dash Kiridena received their Bachelor's Degree in Economics from PennWest Clarion in 1993. Dash then went on to receive their MS in Business from The Johns Hopkins University in 1998.
