Linwood Jolly has over 20 years of progressive experience in starting and running small to mid sized firms. Linwood began their career in 1986 as a Business Developer for Automation Research Systems Ltd. In 1997, they became a Supplier Diversity Consultant at MCI Telecommunications, where they identified women-owned and minority-owned businesses that had the capabilities to compete and win business. In 1999, they founded Comm-Group, a telecommunications consulting firm specializing in staff augmentation. Linwood then served as the Commissioner of the District of Columbia Taxicab Commission from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Vice President of Business Development and Capture Management at CODICE. Linwood then served as the President and CEO of Platinum Access Inc. from 2014 to 2021. Currently, they are the Business Development Federal at HackerOne, where they partner with the federal government to identify and understand cybersecurity challenges in the U.S.
