Aram Hovsepyan

Aram Hovsepyan has a strong background in software engineering and cybersecurity. Aram is the CEO and Founder of CODIFIC, a Belgian software firm specializing in cloud-based products in the healthcare, EdTech, and HRTech domains. Aram is also a Senior Researcher at KU Leuven, where they focus on cybersecurity and privacy engineering. Aram has been involved in the streamlining of LINDDUN, a security and privacy by design methodology. As a core team member of OWASP SAMM, Aram contributes to the development of the Open Web Application Security Project's software assurance maturity model. Additionally, they are a Co-Founder of Codific Academy, which aims to improve education and industry alignment for software engineering startups. Aram's expertise and contributions reflect their commitment to making the world a safer place in the field of application security.

Aram Hovsepyan obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Informatics from KU Leuven, studying from 2001 to 2005. During the same period, they also pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from the same institution.
