Halyna Balaniuk is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Codifire, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient processes. Previously as an Account Manager at SharpMinds, Halyna supervised internal departments and facilitated communication between them. As a Senior Project Manager at SharpMinds UA, Halyna led a team responsible for customer success and team satisfaction. Halyna holds Master's degrees in Teaching and translation, as well as Computer Science.
