Nicolás Abud Lennon

Nicolás Abud Lennon is an experienced professional in organizational management and human resources, currently serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer of Codify since March 2020, a software solution aimed at optimizing business strategy and structure. Previously, Nicolás held roles such as Professor in the Human Resources Digitalization Program at The Valley Digital Business School and Strategic Alliances Director at Red de Recursos Humanos. Other key positions include Executive Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Recruitme Consulting, as well as Regional Human Resources Business Partner for Latin America at Etex. Nicolás holds a Diploma in People Development and Organizations from Universidad de Chile and a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad del Desarrollo, supplemented by an international exchange experience at Universidad CEU San Pablo in Spain.
